Appointments are available Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 7.30 pm and Saturday mornings from 09.30 am till 1.00 pm

We can offer a clinical assessment and treatment without a Doctor's referral. However, with your consent, we prefer to keep in close contact with your Doctor. Some Medical Insurance Companies require a G.P. to refer for treatment prior to giving authorisation. By contacting your insurance company directly, you can ascertain their policy.

Our policy is to give you an appointment to your convenience, within 48 hours of contacting us.

Where possible, we will endeavour to see you straight away.

Please note - Any Clients cancelling within 24 hours of their booked Appointment may incur a charge to partially cover our costs

Payment
We are registered with all the large insurance companies. We also accept payment by Debit or Credit Card & Cash or Personal Cheque

Dress Code
For Physiotherapy assessments and treatment we need to expose the problem area, so you may feel more comfortable bringing shorts. Pilates and exercise training is best performed in loose fitting clothes. There are changing areas available.
