Pilates

strains of normal life activities. Thus, by becoming aware of your
posture and avoiding stressful positions, you will equip yourself with
the ability to strengthen and tone your core strength. Ultimately, with
our expert guidance, you can diminish those aches and pains to ensure
you take control.
Join now for a personalised Pilates class. It can be in a small class
with people of like abilities, or for a one to one assessment to gauge
your ability and requirements. Our classes are no larger than seven people
so expert guidance is always to hand, but we also offer one to one tuition.
Karen teaches remedial classes utilising her Physiotherapy training,
whilst Joy, Sarah and Jenny teach both beginners and intermediate classes.
We have a varied timetable to suit all clients. We are now running Yoga Fitness and Choreographed Pilates with Sarah and a Core Strengthening class with Jenny.
