Pilates offers a unique exercise regime of tuning your body and mind into exercising your trunk to avoid and prevent back pain.

By stretching and strengthening, you can ease the stresses and strains of normal life activities. Thus, by becoming aware of your posture and avoiding stressful positions, you will equip yourself with the ability to strengthen and tone your core strength. Ultimately, with our expert guidance, you can diminish those aches and pains to ensure you take control.

Join now for a personalised Pilates Class. It can be in a small class with people of like abilities, or for a one to one assessment to gauge your ability and requirements. Our classes are no larger than six people so expert guidance is always to hand, but we also offer one-to-one tuition.

YOGA

YOGA is the union of the mind, body and soul; we offer a gentle Hatha flow with a meditative essence aimed at a pace where individual needs can be catered for.  As well as the physical benefits such as flexibility and toning, other benefits include lowering high blood pressure, relieving anxiety and tension related pain including headaches and insomnia. It can also improve the efficiency of bodily systems such as the immune and respiratory system.

CLINICAL YOGA WITH KRISTEN PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Clinical Yoga is the use of Yoga practices to prevent and treat medical conditions and ailments, aches and pains.  Benefits include improved posture, increase strength, easier and freer movements, improved balance, relief from anxiety and depression, reduced heart rate and blood pressure.

The class is specifically for those with existing physical issues who want to start yoga with confidence under specialised supervision.

A Course of Classes comprising of 6 sessions cost £42 and are paid for in advance. These 6 classes must be taken over an 8 week period, unless prior notice is given. Please bring or have your Diaries to hand when booking to ensure you get the times and dates you require. 

Please note – One-to-One Pilates initial instruction is £40 for 45 minutes. 

We require 24 hours notice to cancel a booking – otherwise there may be a charge.
