Ultimately, with our expert guidance, you can diminish those aches and pains to ensure you take control.

 

Join now for a personalised Pilates Class. It can be in a small class with people of like abilities, or for a one-to-one assessment to gauge your ability and requirements. Our classes are no larger than four people, so expert guidance is always to hand, but we also offer one-to-one tuition.
