Our specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist offers assessment and treatment for a variety of pelvic health conditions such as:

  • Bladder incontinence and urgency (this can be droplets of urine during coughing/sneezing/exercise or may be larger amounts before getting to the toilet)

Treatment may include pelvic floor muscle activation and training, bladder re-training, internal and external soft tissue mobilisation, postural and movement re-education, breathing education and lifestyle modifications
